For me, traveling is freedom. Being able to communicate in other languages is beyond freedom. Together, well, it's indescribable. I believe that everyone should take the opportunity to enrich themselves and to step outside of their comfort zone. This scholarship is to help so people will be inspired to do just that – take a new step in uncharted territories. Gain vital life experiences. Learning from books is just one way.
With my most sincere wishes,
Michele
